At Florus Relief, we distinguish between unopened and opened products to ensure clarity and protect product integrity:

Unopened items are eligible for return under our standard 30-day return policy.

Opened or used items are not eligible for return but may qualify under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Returns for Unopened Items

You may return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The safety seal is intact and the product has not been tampered with.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@florusrelief.com. Returns must be approved by our team in advance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Opened or Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Florus Relief products are not eligible for standard return or exchange.

However, if you have used your product as directed and did not experience the desired relief, you may be eligible for a full refund through our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify, you must follow the outlined guarantee process, which includes using the product consistently for up to 90 days due to the time-dependent nature of ingredients like magnesium and feverfew.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened and used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the safety tags being intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
